Apart from identifying suitable jobs, the Employment Advisors have access to a range of support to enable you to take up these opportunities. This may include assistance with the purchase of necessary clothes or equipment; it can also include support for specific work-related training. The Enterprising Coventry programme can also provide ongoing support for both employees and employers once a vacancy has been filled. In addition, the Enterprising Coventry programme can support people in applying for vacancies with large employers moving into Coventry such as IKEA and Primark

Businesses in the Enterprising Coventry area could receive assistance from an accredited Enterprising Coventry Business Coach. The Coach will work with your business to help it grow and develop. This will include:

• Advice on product and service development – best practice, innovation, technical expertise
• Support with operational issues: marketing, IT, workforce development and skills training, premises
• Advice on access to finance: financial awareness and capability, debt finance, risk capital
