The Employment Placement Scheme offers paid work placements with a variety of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sector

The placement will give you the opportunity to:

• pick up new skills and experience
• gain experience of a work environment
• retrain or update your skills and knowledge
• rebuild your confidence

You may be able to join the scheme if you are unemployed and living in Coventry, and are:

• aged between 16 to 18 and not in any education or training
• or have graduated in the last 12 months
• or have been employed in a managerial position
